Q: Is there a charge to be listed in these vacation rental directories?
A: Yes there is. At present, there are two options for listings in each of the island directories: 1 Year Listing = $75 or 2 Year Listing = $125. If you are interested, click on "Submit Vacation Rentals" menu item found in the top menu bar of each directory.

Q: How do I list my vacation rental condo (condominium), cottage, villa, room, house, home, B & B (bed and breakfast)?
A: Click on Submit Vacation Rental in the menu of the appropriate directory and then fill in the questions. An editor will then review your submission. Keep in mind that our editors have the right to NOT accept a site without explanation and the right to change the title, description and keywords of submissions that are accepted.

Q: If my vacation rental is accepted, will it be on the directory forever?
A: The are no guarantees that a site that is accepted will stay on the directory. Our editors go through and "clean house" two times a year and have the right to take off a link to a site at any given time. Please read our Policy for further information.

Q: What do I do if I want to change my title or description after the site has been accepted?
A: Send an email with your request to our editors by clicking Contact on the menu. Only critical changes will be considered.

Q: What are the Editor's Picks?
A: These are vacation rental web sites which our editors have chosen for content and design.

Q: When I am submitting my site, what does Button Image URL (Optional) mean?
A: This is optional if you would like to include a photo of your Hawaii vacation rental with your submission. If you put in the URL to an image (pointing to a web server), it will come up on the directory listing page. Make sure your image is not larger than 300 x 300 pixels (at 72 dpi), otherwise the editor will not accept the image.

Q: My company rents out vacation rentals. Can I submit our vacation rentals to this directory?
A: Yes you can. However your listings will not be listed under an area or location. Your company's web site will be listed under Realtor or Vacation Rental Companies.

Q: How so I submit a vacation rental for Maui, Oahu or the other islands?
A: Rentals on each of the islands need to be submitted at the the appropriate search directory.

Q: What happens if I spam this directory?
A: A listing can only be listed one time in only one category. If our editors find that you have been spamming the directory, your site will be taken off and you will not be allowed to list on the directory again.

Q: I do not want to be on this directory, can you take my listing off?
A: Listings can be taken off, but allow time for this to take effect. Click Contact on the menu and send an email with your name, phone number, visiting url, and password (if you submitted the site yourself).
